You said you don't want to use existing available product so I'm not
sure if I can help you. You only need the gpg.exe and an interface
description (for example for Exchange extensions).

VS can be used to build a plugin/frontend. It contains all you ned.

It seems you have a lot of questions but I don't have much information.
Without details about the expected result (the "application") I can't
say much about the design process.

Plus I'm not sure what you really want to know. I can't give an
ad-hoc cookbook how to build a gpg front-end or a gpg exchange
exntesion.

Don't get me wrong, I always try to answer general questions but
IMHO what you ask for is very time consuming and right now I'm
a little busy with working on WinPT and gpgol.
