[Winpt-users] GPGoe website

Hi!

With the kind help of Intevation, GPGoe has now also a gforge
project website at wald.intevation.org.

I also created a link to the project at http://www.winpt.org.

I released the first beta, which is different to the version from
yesterday in some respects. The code for it is available via the
SVN interface and as soon as I managed it to reorganize it a little,
I will publish the source code in the file section also.
