..few questions:

- did you use armor or just binary output?
- does it work with gpg on the command line (gpg -r foo -ea your_file, 
gpg your_file.gpg)?
- what is the gpg output if you try to decrypt the file, that was
   encrypted by the WinPT FM before?
- your gpg version?

please could you post the original file size and the decrypted file size?
