[Winpt-users] Can PKS be used with GPG ON WINDOWS

Dear readers,

Can i pl ask  if we can use public key server pks 0.9.6 developed by MARC
HOROWITZ with GPG.
can anyone already using it guide me to some link to show me how to install
it and making it running in windows.
if possible can i request if you could paste a sample   pks.conf file and
steps to install the server from scratch..
