I missed your WinPT in Gpg4win v 1.9x containing gpg2. Kleopatra doesn't
work properly so I downgraded to gpg4win 1.1.3 which works fine with
WinPT 1.3.0.

hows about WinPT 1.3.1, gpg2 and S/Mime?
