hg Module renaming done

Hi friends of Dive4Elements,

last week we have renamed our source code repositories to match the 
Dive4Elements name. We now have:
 
framework  
gnv-client 
http-client
river

You can see how to download the source code from our webside using the SCM hg 
for now.
