Hello,

we are pleased to announce the availability of an updated beta version of
Gpg4win 2.2.0.

The download is available via the usual download page:

        http://www.gpg4win.org/download.html

This version is intended for trying out and testing the furthcoming major
version 2.2.0 (still scheduled for end of August).

We are also looking for some input on
http://wiki.gnupg.org/MailClients/Screenshots
If you use a Mail Client with gnupg support it would be great if you code post
some screenshots how your client handles signed data. Apart from a general
comparison we are especially interested how your clients handle "non MIME"
signatures.

This software release incoporated work that was funded by a Small Technology
Grant of the Information Security Coalition [1].

Major changes since the last beta (beta-34)
-----------------------------------------------------------------

 - General:
 * mkportable.exe is now included as a tool that allows you to create
a portable installation of Gpg4win in the usual variants
    (full / vanilla / light).

 - GpgOL for Outlook 2010 / 2013:
 * Outlook 2013 is now supported with the same Basic features available
   in Outlook 2010.
 * Files can now be added as encrypted / signed attachments.
 * Added support for opaque signatures.
 * Fixed several possible crashes when decrypting / encrypting.

- Kleopatra
 * Fixed a possible data corruption when decrypting and extracting tarballs.
 * Extracting tarballs is now much quicker then before.

The full list of changes for Gpg4win 2.2.0-beta is in the README:

all other contributors and first of all, those folks who stayed with us
and helped testing Gpg4win.
