Put the edit-paste icon into oxygen-icons
* packages/packages.current(oxygen-icons): Use updated package.
(kleopatra): Use package without edit-paste icon.

Putting the icon into the kleopatra package was a bad hack
which failed on NSIS creation. It should have been part
of oxygen-icons (with the according source).
