    Fix german description of GpgOL
    
    * po/de.po: Remove 2003 and 2007 restriction.

    This is a case where more verbose translations introduce errors
    as developers don't notice that the german text is far more
    verbose then the original one,..
    So we've wrongly claimed only to support 2003-2007 for three
    years.
