[Gpg4win-devel] gpg4win 0.3.1 released

Hi!

I have prepared a new release of gpg4win.  To build an installer get
the files below from http://wald.intevation.de :

  gpg4win-0.3.1.tar.bz2  (687k)
  gpg4win-0.3.1.tar.bz2.sig

I also created installers featuring gnupg, gpa, winpt, gpgol, gpgee,
sylpheed and dummy manuals.  They are available in a few minutes at:

Note that it usually does not make sense to download the source
installers (gpgwin-src-*.exe); they are on the ftp server to satisfy
the conditions of the GPL.

There are still a couple of known problems.  For example key
generation of GPA does not work due to problems with glib.  We are
working on glib to solve this problem.

Noteworthy changes in some of the included software
===================================================

GPGol: 
       * Fixed problems related to use on non-admin accounts.

       * Print a warning if used with OL prior to OL2003 SP2.

       ! Note that for a new installation the GPGol icons in the
         toolbar don't show up automatically.  You may need to install
         them from the customize toolbar button/menu (how is this
         thing actually called?)

WinPT: 
       * Directly reload the key after it was received from a
         keyserver.

       * Initialize gettext early as possible to avoid that
         greeting messages are still in English.

       ! There is still a bug in WinPT when called from Outlook and no
         keys are existing: It crashed with an internal error.  The
         workaround is to call WinPT from the start menu.
