[Gpg4win-devel] WinPT now included as source package

Hi!

I was able to run a make distcheck on WinPT and have now integrated
WinPT into gpg4win - Please update from the CVS and run download
again.  

As an alternative you may checkout WinPT and do a "make distcheck" for
yourself.  This requires that you have the other libraries already
installed (at least gpgme and libgpg-error); with an existing gpg4win
installation, you may want to do

  $ w32root=/home/foo/gpg4win/src/playground/install
  $ export w32root
  $ ./autogen.sh
  $ ./autogen --build-w32
  $ make distcheck

I have not tested the above as I am using a separate W32 target root
installation (i.e. using the default w32root).
