[Gpg4win-devel] a second test release

Hi!

I have prepared a second test release of gpg4win.  It should show up
on wald in a couple of hours.  The filenames on wald are

  gpg4win-0.0.2.tar.bz2 
  gpg4win-0.0.2.tar.bz2.sig

I also create installers featuring gpa, winpt, gpgee and dummy
manuals.  The are available in ~3 minutes at

  ftp://ftp.gpg4win.org/gpg4win/gpg4win-0.0.2.exe 
  ftp://ftp.gpg4win.org/gpg4win/gpg4win-0.0.2.exe.sig

  ftp://ftp.gpg4win.org/gpg4win/gpg4win-src-0.0.2.exe

Note that it usually does not make sense to download the source
installers (gpgwin-src-*.exe); they are on the ftp server to satisfy
the conditions of the GPL.
