[Gpg4win-devel] Ready to release Einsteiger 2.0.0

Hi,

it seems we are ready to release final 2.0.0 of german handbook "Einsteiger"
since no more bug reports drop in.
Various formatting and typos (aspell) have been fixed since rc2.
Additionally, Werner added some additional info reflecting installer changes,
but in fact these are no major changes.

Unless anyone objects/comments I will go ahead and release 2.0.0 on thursday.
