Initial Comment:
In installed gpg4win 1.0.0 as pure Administrator.
I selected to have the icons in the quick launch bar.

For the Administrator, I found the icons then in the
quick launch bar.

But they do not appear in the quicklaunch bar of
a normal user (without admin privileges).

The desktop Icons work though.
