We have found no way to do this reliable.  Also see the second reason
below.

If you mean a check in the preview window: This makes outlook more or
less unusable.  First becuase it takes some time to verify the
signature and update the window and more important there is no way to
display the result; obviously we don't want to pop up a window for
each and every message shown.
