Initial Comment:
It appears that if you delete a public that you have signed, and then turn around and receive it from WinPT keymanager "Keyserver" menu, http://subkeys.pgp.net, enter key id
0x########
Then the program crashes and destroys the data base.
Fortunately I had a backup, going back to v1.0.2
