[Gpg4win-devel] start keymanager after installation?

Hi,

I wonder whether we should remove the option
to startt he keymanager after successfull installation.

Rationale: It is recommended to do the installation
as Administrator (isn't it?). But the Admininistrator
shouldn't start the key manager, should he/she?

Optimal solution probably would be to have this
checkbox only available if a non-Admin performed
the installation?

The more I think about it: Shouldn't we warn at
statup if a normal user tries to install and recommend
to become Adin first?
