Initial Comment:
Pathnames in the accountrc are in strange formats which can only be decyphered by try and error:

1) "Local_Inbox" Where is #mh ? 
2) "Local_mbox" Where is /var/mail leading to? 
3) "mail_command" Is the mail command used for something? /usr/sbin/sendmail 

Similar for sylpheedrc

1) ext_inc_path=/usr/bin/mh/inc 

Apparently these paths are not causing problems but it's difficult to know where tehy lead to.
