Initial Comment:
When I try to download/search a key or to upload one to any keyserver but hkp://wwwkeys.ch.pgp.net,

* WinPT freezes (5 seconds on uploads, 30 on downloads) so the menu bar (or even the whole GUI) becomes just white and finally...

* an error message pops up saying either that the host couldn't be connected to, or that the key couldn't be sent.

I can upload, search and download keys from hkp://wwwkeys.ch.pgp.net, but the GUI freezes anyway (for quite a long time).
