[Gpg4win-devel] howto: update a gpg4win module

Hi,

I am in the process of writing howtos for the website on typical
tasks in the gpg4win framework.

What I didn't find in the READMEs so far is a description on
how to updated a module.
Werner, can you add some text?
Please also look at the webpage build-installer-de.htm4
I just comitted and fix the description where apropriate.
