I am running Sid:

$ convert -version
Version: ImageMagick 6.0.6 11/29/04 Q16

$ dvips --version
dvips(k) 5.95a

$ gs --version
8.50

$ texi2dvi --version
texi2dvi (GNU Texinfo 4.8) 1.34

dvipdf is a script using dvips and gs.
