Dear friends 

Although GPG4WIN is used, there is a little problem in a 2-byte character. 

After Decod by Clipboard, if Web Browser is used, the phenomenon in which it becomes impossible to input a 2-byte character will have occurred. 
After terminating Task Tray to WinPT, a 2-byte character can be inputted.
