Initial Comment:
After installing gpg4win 1.1.2 I needed to configure
GpgEE with the gpg.exe. Only then I was able to see the
certificates of my keybox.

Either this is not preconfigured or gpgee was not able to
find the path to gpg.exe.

This was a fresh Windows XP system where first 1.1.1 was
installed and upgraded to 1.1.2
