this is indeed very much wanted.

there are some changes going on with the Durchblicker manual.
But some chapters are likely static.

Taking the durchblicker.tex from the SVN rspository is a good point to start.

After replacing the the german text in the .tex-document
by a translation, please send us the file and we can integrate
it into SVN so that even many peopl can work on the same
file.
