Initial Comment:
When selecting the menu of Kleoaptra Tray icon,
an error like this appears:
gpgconf: can not open global config file
`C:\Programme\GNU\GnuPG\etc\gnupg\gpgconf.conf': No such file or directory

Is this a packaging error?
Ideally the sample gpgcong.conf file should be placed there
(like it is done for the Debian packages).
