Initial Comment:
I had Thunderbird + GnuPG (official release) + Enigmail perfectly working before installing gpg4win. After gpg4win installation Enigmail doesn't work more. It's easily reproducible. Probably this is due to path changes. The only way to fix seems uninstalling gpg4win and reinstalling GnuPG (official release). I think this behavior should be changed to become compatible with Enigmail. Thanks.
