[Gpg4win-devel] Website: better Download information?

Hi All,

quite a few hints about download problems hit us at Intevation directly.
I think this is because they do not see the mirror hint on the download 
page nor the hint that g10code is running the server.

What we could do:
a) remove the "all" download section from the mainpage 
and instead link the download page.
b) Add a sentence about where to go with download problems
to the download page.

What do you think?
