We have meanwhile figured out that I am using 2.06-6 and not -3.
Anyway, I will move to 2.19 soon.  it works mut the resulting
installer is 15% or so larger than the one generated by 2.06 - this
needs to be investigated.  2.19 has the advantage that it will be in
Edge (the next stable Debian which is now scheduled for April).
