Initial Comment:
After installing 1.1.0 the former %path% has been replaced by the only path to the gpg exe-files on my system. 

Please consider reading e.g. http://nsis.sourceforge.net/wiki/Path_Manipulation before inventing new solutions   of expanding %path% variables on win systems.
