Well, the description on the web page also works, and is the canonical
way to cross-compile any autoconf based package. The option
--build-w32 also adds --disable-pkg-man_advanced_en to configure (not
sure if this desirable or not).
By the way, if you use --build-w32 for the SVN version, you should use
./autogen.sh --build-w32 --enable-maintainer-mode
for the SVN version.
If you follow the web page, you basically do what I am doing all the
time. If you use --build-w32, you basically do what Werner does all
the time. Take your pick ;)
