Initial Comment:
I am not sure whether this is a bug in Gpg4win's Claws
or an upstream bug.

I've tested it with Claws 3.0.2 from Gpg4win-1.9.0-svn614
with a OpenPGP encrypted email.

I wonder whether in fact PINentry should be raised
instead of the Claws-specific dialog.
