[Gpg4win-devel] announcement email for 1.1.3 missing?

Werner,
an announcement email for 1.1.3 is missing on the announcment list.

I also found that the following phrase on
http://www.gpg4win.org/change-history.html
"Please note that old release still contain meanwhile fixed security issues."
is suboptimal English, maybe somebody can correct it when touching the website
the next time.
