[Gpg4win-devel] Towards the public 1.9.0 BETA release

Marcus,

I am unsure about the status here. IIRC there was some sort
of blocker though important stepts were done.

However, I would not regard it top priority, so it may get
updated with 1.9.1 or so. Mor important is to get
out 1.9.0 as soon as possible with all the new GpgOL, GpgEX
and Kleopatra.
