Initial Comment:
Steps to reproduce:

1. Install Gpg4win light 1.1.3
2. Right click on a file > GPGee > Encrypt(Symmetric)
3. Enter a password
4. You will face the attached error message

Reason: EXE-Path is not set intitially (see configure.JPG).
