[Gpg4win-devel] Vista Ultimate 64 Bit - Can't create key programs close beta1.9.6

Hi

I am trying to use Beta 1.9.6 on Windows Vista Ultimate

When creating a key pair GPA closes when trying to create the key pair

Sorry there does not seem to be any debug info

If I use a key pair that was created on another machine then Kleopatra  
closes, debuy says passphrase incorrect but it did not ask for  
passphrase
