I have updated everything to 3.5.0cvs114 with patches.  Why not take
it from here?  There is enough time to fix things and maybe with 3.6.0
we'll get a good release that runs just fine on Windows...

Because I am the lazy kind: Any chance we can get the smime plugin
into the official source tree?  That's currently the main manual work
in updating the claws package in gpg4win.  The extra plugins packaging
is not really a good match to gpg4win's build system.  On the other
hand, I didn't even try yet to cross compile a plugin for claws, so
maybe I am seeing ghosts.
