I've commited more fixes to Claws Mail wrt Windows. IMAP was still
broken because of unix-centered code in imap.c (written by myself,
heh).

Also, I've tried to build the newer gpg4win SVN (rev 917), and build
failed because we've switched to Enchant for the spell checker; a fast
fix would be to --disable-enchant instead of --disable-aspell :)
