I've commited these fixes as patches (out of our CVS) instead of
grabbing the whole CVS snapshot: it'll allow more stability. I think
the time where Claws Mail was in beta for Win32 is over, so shipping
CVS snapshots isn't the correct thing to do.

Are you guys fine with that way?
