Okay, following up my own post. Sorry for that.
Emanuel said, he can build with:
Target: i586-mingw32msvc
Configured
with: /build/buildd/mingw32-4.2.1.dfsg/build_dir/src/gcc-4.2.1-2-dfsg/configure -v --prefix=/usr --target=i586-mingw32msvc --enable-languages=c,c++ --enable-threads --enable-sjlj-exceptions --disable-multilib --enable-version-specific-runtime-libs
Thread model: win32
gcc version 4.2.1-sjlj (mingw32-2)
but I've noticed something else:

This might be the wrong gcc, which package has the mingw compiler binary?
Also you wrote:
/.../trunk/src/playground/install/include/QtGui/qpen.h:122: warning:
‘QDataStream& operator<<(QDataStream&, const QPen&)’ redeclared without
dllimport attribute: previous dllimport ignored
In file included from
/usr/lib/gcc/i586-mingw32msvc/4.2.1-sjlj/../../../../i586-mingw32msvc/include/windows.h:50
So this is an include file for a 4.2.1 gcc which means the "gcc -v" is not the
one that was used and you would need to check the revision of the used
compiler or something with the mingw headers on your machine is mixed up or
not updated properly.
