Initial Comment:
We are using Gpg4win in a Terminal Services environment. In one of our users profiles we have noted that the Windows Clipboard does not function while Kleopatra is running in the System Tray. Shutting down Kleopatra (from the right-click 'Shutdown Kleopatra' option) restores clipboard functionality. Not all users profiles (running Kleopatra) are affected.
