[Gpg4win-devel] Website: "support" improvements

Hi Emanuel,
I think we should improve the website in two aspects:

a) http://www.gpg4win.org/support.html
is a bit misslead, I think it should clearly say:
   that 1. the community is there
   and  2. there is professional, paid support
Right now the community aspect is not visible enough because
of the first large headline, which seems to dominate the rest.

b) IMHO the download button should now link the the current beta
so that nobody downsload 2.1.1 anymore by default.
