Initial Comment:
Whe you start cmd.exe and type e.g.

gpa C:\tmpp\hallö\50529\Jellyfish.jpg.pgp (see the letter 'ö' in the directory name)

then gpa starts, but don't recognize the file. The list of files is empty!
