Hi,

Setup:
 - gpg4win 2.1.1 beta (not available in drop-down)
 - Rainer SCT secoder smart card reader
 - OpenPGP v2 card
 - Windows 8 64bit (not available in drop-down)

I have OpenPGP v2 card which is initialized with gpg2 on Unix (FreeBSD). Accessing it via OpenSC on Windows 8 shows expected data, when I try to access it via gpg4win (tried with GPA and Kleopatra), it
doesn't work. An example with GPA:
 - start GPA
 - window menu -> card management

At this point it hangs. It hangs even when no card reader and no smart card is connected (card reader driver still installed). I have to kill GPA at this point.
