Initial Comment:
When running the Gpg4win installer on Windows 8, it will hang and stop responding once it reaches "Extract: versioninfo.txt" during the install process. I am able to reproduce this issue on my local Windows 8 Pro PC and on a fresh Windows 8 Pro VM.
