Initial Comment:
Tested with Gpg4win 2.2.0:

- Create new folder (use umlauts in the folder name!) [e.g. "test-ä-folder"]
- Create new txt file in the folder
- Decrypt the folder with GpgEX to you own certificate [-> e.g. "test-ä-folder.tar.gpg"]
- Encypt the tar.gpg file [-> e.g. "test-ä-folder.tar_1_"]
=> The encypted folder contains NO file/folder! Exected: folder with umlaut and created txt file.
