Hello,

secure development has gotten more attention in the aftermath
of headline security problems in core internet libraries.

Of course people ask: What could be do to make Gpg4win and GnuPG
more secure and prevent the more severe problems early on.
This is a matter of development power of course, but we may
want to ask for more help, so we should start sketching out
what would be the most effective measures.

What do you think?
