[Gpg4win-devel] Encrypting / signing files with S/MIME certificates doesn't work. (gpg4win 2.2.2).

Kleopatra/DirMngr shows 'File exists' error while S/MIME encrypting or 
signing files.

I have filed this bug:

Its seems to be exactly the same issue that has been going on for 4 
years and "was fixed" 3 years ago, but still doesn't seem to fixed with 
this new gpg4win 2.2.2 install:

Does anyone have any clue why this doesn't work?
