[Gpg4win-devel] [gpgol-1.2.1] French translation

I have been working on a french translation for GpgOL.

You will find two attached patches:

- gpgol-1.2.1-fr.patch : add the fr.po file and the 'fr' language to LINGUAS in the gpgol package.

- 0001-gpgol-Install-french-translation-files-for-GpgOL.patch: add the install/uninstall instructions to gpg4win-2.2.5.



I expected the fr.gmo file to be generated at build-time, but it wasn't the case.

So I had to build it with « msgfmt -c --statistics -o fr.gmo fr.po » (command found in the Makefile).
