Initial Comment:
I'm running the 3.0.0-beta181 version of gpg4win. I notice that 'ssh-add' via 'ssh-pageant' in Cygwin doesn't correctly add keys to the gpg-agent. There's no error message when using 'ssh-add', but 'ssh-add -l' shows that only my smartcard (Yubikey) is available through the agent.

Note that this works fine on the current non-beta version of gpg4win.
