I just tried building on my Windows 10 machine using the Vagrant+VirtualBox
method, and I got this error.

"rsync" could not be found on your PATH. Make sure that rsync
is properly installed on your system and available on the PATH.

I was hoping I wouldn't need any other tools outside of what you mention in
your guide.
How do I get around this?
